Youth Coaching

care_of_plant_hd_picture_4_169113Jenny is a DBS checked and certified life and youth coach. She was a secondary teacher for twelve years when she found youth coaching the most enjoyable and rewarding part of her role. She has run Wellbeing Courses  and workshops in schools and colleges for several years and co-wrote a PSHE course for Year 12 and 13 called the ‘Course for Life’ in order to give young people the resilience tools to face the challenges ahead. Since February 2017 she has also held the position of Wellbeing Coach at Bilborough Sixth Form College. Jenny has had extensive experience of working with young people. Please see the testimonials pages for comments from young people whom Jenny has coached.

She has plenty of experience dealing with the challenges facing young people today. Whether it’s finding a direction, target-setting, time management, device and social media addiction, stress or anxiety, sleeplessness, low self-esteem, unhappiness, relationships or other issues facing young people, Jenny can provide support and encouragement through one-to-one or group workshops, and help the young person gain the confidence to navigate through their issues at this potentially difficult time.

If your son or daughter is struggling and doesn’t seem to be their normal bubbly self and would like some help with confidence or motivation then please don’t hesitate to call  on 07734 419255 or email me at jenny@wellwaterscoaching.com and to arrange a FREE face-to-face or online half hour consultation.

If you are a school, college or university and you are interested in workshops, weekly group sessions, training students to be Wellbeing ambassadors or one-to-one coaching sessions for students or staff, contact me now on 07734 419255 or email me at jenny@wellwaterscoaching.com so that I can arrange a FREE visit to the school to discuss the options available.

*Please note that coaching is not a substitute for therapy and serious issues such as eating disorders, clinical depression, severe self-harming and repetitive suicidal thoughts should be treated by a recognised medical professional.
