Jennifer Waters
Jennifer Waters is a certified life and youth coach, who has also practised meditation for over 20 years. Having gained a masters in engineering from Cambridge University, she then spent 12 years in the field of education, firstly as a teacher and later in senior management. She found that one of the most enjoyable aspects of teaching for her was coaching pupils and staff for which she received much positive feedback, and decided to specialise in this area. Jenny has run workshops and training sessions in businesses, universities and schools and holds the position of Wellbeing Coach at Bilborough College, where she runs a combination of workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions. Jenny is a mother of twin girls and enjoys walking her dog Max and singing in a pop choir.
Jenny coaches in all areas but her particular love is Wellbeing. Underpinning all her coaching is a support structure which enables the client to achieve their dreams, but also to ensure stress and anxiety are reduced and happiness levels increased. She takes a holistic approach when coaching, asking clients to consider work-life balance and self-care which she believes are vital to following your heart in a sustainable way.
