We offer mindfulness in stand alone sessions or combined with coaching or as part of our wellbeing workshops. Mindfulness is being aware and in the present moment, usually connected with the breath or senses, without judgement. It is a method to bring the mind and body to stillness, or a way of being when going about your daily life. It enhances the experience of life, increases awareness of mental and emotional activity and has been found to have many positive health benefits including stress reduction.
