Wellbeing at Work
It was estimated that stress cost the UK economy 6.5 million pounds last year. We are committed to helping managers and employees manage their stress levels and lead happier lives at work. As well as mindfulness, there are changes in approach which can enhance wellbeing and creativity. We can run workshops for staff and make suggestions on how organizational structure, strategy and wellbeing provision could be improved. A healthier, happier workforce not only improves the work environment, but is more cost-effective too.
